9� q <br />MEMO TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: City Planner Herman <br />DATE: March 16, 1988 <br />SUBJECT: GEORGE GUSTAFSON, 8391 SPRING LAKE ROAD <br />MINOR SUBDIVISION AND LOT COMBINATION <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 233-88 <br />Mr. Gustafson currently owns the two lots at 8391 and 8403 Spring <br />Lake Road and would like to shift the boundary between the two by <br />seven feet. This would enlarge the lot where his principle home <br />is located while narrowing the other lot. <br />Currently at 8403 Spring Lake Road there is a structure which <br />used to be Mr. Gustafson's residence but is now unoccupied and <br />used for storage. This lot split would make the structure a <br />non -conforming use. Mr. Gustafson has agreed to have the home <br />moved or demolished within 12 months of Council approval. It is <br />intended to have this stipulation placed upon the title for Lot 2 <br />so that any prospective purchaser would be aware of the <br />conditions. <br />�wJ KJH/bac <br />�1' <br />
