RESOLUTION NO. 2304 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATC OF 11INNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MINOR SUBDIVISION AT <br />8391 SPRING LAKE ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 233-88 <br />WHEREAS, Mr. George Gustafson, 8391 Spring Lake Road, has <br />requested approval of a minor subdivision dividing the southern 7 <br />feet of Lot 2, Gustafson's Addition from his Property; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Gustafson also has requested approval of a <br />minor subdivision combining said 7 feet of Lot 2 to Lot 3 <br />creating a combined lot of 99 feet b7 210 feet: and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />applicant's request for a minor subdivision and determines that <br />it is in conformance with Chapters 40 and 42 of the City Code <br />contic.gent upon the following: <br />1. That the residence at 8403 Spring Lake Road, legally <br />known as Lot 2, Gustafson's 2nd Addition, be brought <br />up to Code either through demolition or by moving it <br />within 12 months of the subdivision approval by the <br />�—' City Council <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the minor subdivision request by <br />Mr. Gustafson contingent upon providing the City with appropriate <br />title abstracts and recording of those abstracts with Ramsey <br />County. <br />Adopted this 28th day of March, 1988. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
