Motion'Second: Quick/Blanchard to have the first reading of Ordinance No. 439, amending the Municipal Code of Mounds View by amending Chapter 202 entitled "Snowmobiles" and waive the reading. 5 ayes 0 nays Clerk/Administrator Pauley reviewed proposed Resolu- tion No. 2300. Motion/Second: Hankner/Wuori to approve Resolution No. 2300, adopting the updated salary administration and performance review program, and waive the reading. 5 ayes 0 nays Clerk/Administrator Pauley read proposed Resolution No. 2296. Motion/Second: Blanchard/Quick to approve Resolution No^ 2296, approving 1988 merit pay bonuses. 5 ayes 0 nays Planner Herman asked for Council approval to have the consultants, Decision Resources, Ltd. begin their work on the survey they will be doing for the City. They will start by doing a pre -test of the survey in the next week, and then, if there are no problems, they would proceed with the full survey. They hope to have the results hack to the City by mid -May.
