Child and dependent care expenses for children while the employee is at <br />work. <br />The advantage to the employee is that the costa for these items are subtracted <br />from the employees gross pay. Therefore, the employees State and Federal <br />taxes are calculated on the balance. <br />What is the coat of such a program? An employee benefits consultants and/or <br />attorney must draw up the plan and submit it to the IRS before undertaking <br />such a program.
