WHEREAS, the City, in approving the development <br />plans for Mounds View Business Park, has limited its access <br />to Highway 10 to two locations: a full movement access <br />approximately half way between County Road H and County Road <br />.1-2 (Woodale Drive) and a right -in and right -out access only <br />between County Road H and the full movement access (Quincy <br />Street); <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the developer <br />will be required to deed access control at all but these two <br />locations tc, the city, through the developer, will in phave i on h a fulln medi 0 cross- <br />over installed on T.H. 10 at Woodale Drive and a right -in <br />and right -out access arrangement at Quincy Street; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Department of Trans- <br />portation is hereby requested to proceed with the prepara- <br />tion of a cooperative agreement betwenthe <br />Department <br />roadway <br />the City of Mounds View formally approving P <br />ublicaccess to T.H. 10 at Woodale Drive and Quincy Street; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City wishes to con- <br />tinue to restrict access to T.H. 10 wherever practicable. <br />CouncilThe <br />cies <br />access to T.H therefore adopts <br />10 betweenCounty Road H a d following County for <br />yRoad H2 <br />1. No additional entrances opening on to T.H. 10 <br />will be permitted where there is a practical alternate route <br />to use the local street system. <br />2. Wherever possible, existing access will be <br />closed and a practical <br />alternate hr ute to useen the slocal streeredeveloped street system is in place. <br />3.
