<br />1.2.15 Assist the Architect in determining when the Proj-

<br />uush• issued Certificates of Substantial Completion of the
<br />%%ark and recommend`•,,, the times within which Contrac-
<br />tor, shall complete uncompleted items on their Corlificate
<br />C. Substantial Completion of the Work.
<br />1.2.16 following the Architect's issuance of a Certificate
<br />o: Substantial Completion of the Project or designated
<br />potion thereof, evaluate the completion of the Work of
<br />the Contractors and make recommendations to the Archt-
<br />Tect \\hen Work is ready for final ection. Assist the
<br />Architect in conducting final inspections. Secure and trans•
<br />mit to the Diviner required guarantees, affidavits, releases,
<br />bands and waivers. Deliver all keys, inalluals, record
