Plan Modifications - Any new plans or modified <br />existing plans will require two fiscal statements <br />with one analyzing estimated captured assessed value <br />without creation of a district and the other no <br />captured assessed value without creation of a <br />district. Also, an identification and description of <br />studies and analyses used to make the "but for" <br />determination mist he included in the report. <br />Finally, if the district or proposed district is a <br />redevelopment district, the reasons an° supporting <br />facts that the district meets the criteria for such a <br />district must be retained and made available to the <br />public until the district has been terminated. <br />d.
