No. 2338 <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Blanchard to approve Resolution <br />No. 2.338, amending Resolution No. 2301, approving the <br />supplementary agreement between the City of Mounds View <br />and I.U.O.F. Local No. 49 for the period of January <br />1, 1988 through December 31, 1988, and waive the <br />reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Mayor Linke closed the regular meeting and opened the <br />last public hearing at 8:00 PM. <br />There were no comments concerning the renewal of the <br />on -sale wine license for Pel-Rae Ballroom, so Mayor <br />Linke closed the public hem_ ng and reopened the <br />regular meeting at 9:00 PM. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reviewed the proposed <br />construction management agreement with Everest Con- <br />struction Company. He explained the agreement had <br />been reviewed and approved by both legal counsels. <br />He explained Staff would recommend approval of the <br />agreement, which would allow Everest to draw money <br />through tax increment financing, to a maximum of <br />$72,000. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Wuori to approve the construction <br />management agreement with Everest Construction Company. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion <br />18. First Reading <br />ordinance is in response to the direction of the 1987 of Ordinance <br />Legislature. He added the ordinance has been revised No. 434 <br />over: what was first proposed, and it has the whole- <br />hearted endorsement of -the Police Chief and himself. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Quick to approve the first <br />reading of Ordinance No. 434, amending the Municipal <br />Code of Mounds View by amending Cnapter 1.11 entitled <br />"General Provisions of Code", and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />J <br />
