Consideration <br />R roving a conditional use: permit for of Resolution <br />o No. 2341 <br />Church Upon the Rock, 7901 Red Oa}: Drive, contin- _ <br />gent upon satisfactory negotiations occurring <br />between the current property orr..er at 7959 Red Oak <br />Drive -and the Church, and waive the reading. <br />Motion Carried <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Councilmember Hankner explained this resolution <br />22. Consideration% <br />of Resolution <br />establishing an environmental task force was not cut <br />be evolving <br />No. 2339 <br />in stone, and it is a group that will <br />time. There was discussion on having 9 members, <br />over <br />and the flexibility it could allow. <br />Councilmember Hankner stated she would like some time <br />to work with this before putting it into an ordinance, <br />and she would hope the Council could begin making <br />- <br />appointments at the next regular meeting. She added <br />the information could be cable -cast, put in the area <br />newspapers, spread by word of mouth, and so forth. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley stated it was the hope of <br />the Council to get members for the task force from <br />all around the City. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Quick to adopt Resolution <br />No. 23 9, establishing an environmental duality <br />task force, and waive the reading of the resolution. <br />Motion CarrU <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />puLlic Works Director Minetor reviewed his memo of 23. Approval of <br />June 8 regarding emergency work to be done on Well Contract with <br />No 2. Layne Minnesot <br />Moti-n/Second: Quick/Hankner to approve a contract <br />with Layne Minnesota Company for emergency repair work <br />on Well No. 2 in the amount of $3,328, to be charged <br />to the water fund. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carriee <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley advised that Staff would 24. Consideration <br />recommend approval of the preliminary plat for the of Resolution <br />major subdivisiw, of Mounds View Business Park 2nd No. 2342 <br />Addition. <br />
