The Billiard Hall in question would be called <br />Rack a Que, Inc. and I have, in the following, listed information th,.t <br />might be of interest to you: <br />1. Area to be leased is 6,000 SF (Silver View Plaza contains 35,000 SF) <br />2. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES will be sei.ed. <br />3. A total of 24 pool tables will be installed. <br />4. At least one manager will always be on duty. <br />5. No one below the age of 18 will be allowed in the space beyond 12:30 am. <br />6. Opening Hours: <br />Sur.day through Thursday 11:00 am to 2:00 am <br />Friday and Saturday 11:00 am to 4:00 am <br />• Our request was discussed in two (2) Planning Commission meetings, first <br />on May 4 and then on May 18, 1988. The Planning Commission had some <br />concerns as to this tenant and in their May 18, 1988 meeting the four <br />members that were present voted not to approve such a tenant in Silver <br />View Plaza. The reason for our discussion and the concerns raised by <br />the Plannino Commission were: <br />I <br />1. Billiard Hall is not listed as permitted use in the zoning codes. <br />' 2.
