With seven of the eight members present, <br />the policy was unanimously approved by the committee. <br />Attached for your consideration is Resolution No. 2344 <br />adopting the Sexual Harassment Policy as presented to you at <br />your June 6th Agenda Session. <br />DFP/mjs <br />
