rµ RESOLUTION NO. 2350 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING WETLAND ALTERATION PERMIT FOR <br />REPLACEMENT OF THE SANITARY SEWER ACROSS WETLAND <br />NO. 1-]' BETWEEN SILVER LAKE ROAD AND LONG VIEW DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View owns and operates a <br />sanitary sewer which crosses Wetland No. 1-17 between Silver Lake <br />Road and Longview Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, this sanitary sewer has settled and is in risk of <br />impairing service; and <br />WHEREAS, per Chapter 48.06, the replacement of this <br />sanitary sewer requires a wetland alteration permit; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted on June 13, 1988, <br />to receive comments from all interested persons. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />f the City of Mounds View grants a wetland alteration permit for <br />rep-?^.ement of the aforementioned sanitary sewer and all work <br />incidental to this construction. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 27th of June, 1988. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
