RESOLUTION NO. 2349 <br />5 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING WETLANDS ALTERATION PERMIT FOR <br />STORM SEWER OUTLET REPAIR <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has a store sewer which <br />outlets into wetland 01-19; and <br />WHEREAS, this outlet is at risk of damage due to erosion <br />and sediment transport; and <br />WHEREAS, per Chapter 48.06, a wetland alteration permit is <br />required for the necessary remedial work; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted on June 27, 1988, <br />to receive comments from all interested persons. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View grants a wetland alteration permit for <br />minor excavation and rip -rap placement at the outlet of the storm <br />,�. sewer into Wetland No. 1-19. <br />�j Adopted this 27th of June, 1988. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Mayor <br />Clerk-Administratcr <br />
