The wetland ordinance does not have a minimum lot width, <br />while the minimum lot width for non -wetland lots is 90 feet. We <br />are enclosing amended copies of our letter dated May 31, 1988. <br />The amended copies include the City of Chanhassen. <br />The rational for the Riley -Purgatory -Bluff Creek Watershed <br />Districts 200 foot greenbelt (100 feet on each side of the creek) <br />requirement is to maintain open and green space along the creek. <br />The IOC foot requirement has been reduced f ?0 feet in two <br />cases. <br />The paragraph relative to State of Minnesota Shore Land and Flood <br />Plain Management Regulations is only applicable to public raters <br />Si.icerely, <br />MERILA 6 ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />mes R.
