Consideration <br />Commission has recommended approval of this minor <br />of Resolution <br />subdivision, and it is in compliance with the City <br />No. 2325 <br />code. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Hankner to approve Resolution <br />No. 2325, approving a minor subdivision for RoLert <br />Petersen, 2185 Lambert Avenue, Mounds View Planning <br />Case No. 237-88, and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported the Council had <br />14. Consideration - <br />previously held a hearing on this request, and he <br />of Resolution <br />reviewed the reasons for the proposed denial of the <br />No. 2327 <br />appeal by Dynamic Designers. He added the proposed <br />resolution of denial has been prepared with the, <br />advise of the City Attorney, and he read the <br />proposed resolution. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Quick to approve Resolution <br />No. 2327, denying the variance appeal for Dynamic <br />Designers, 7656/7660 Woodlaw:. Drive, Mounds View <br />Planning Case No. 138-83. <br />5 ayes u nays <br />Motion Carried. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reviewed the problems with <br />IS. Authorize $Eft <br />the sanitary sewer line on Silver Lake Road, and <br />to Prepare <br />asked Council authorization for the preparation of <br />Plans and <br />plans and specs. He added he had received a call <br />Specs for <br />from Dan Boxrud, of SEH, pointing out the soil <br />Silver Lake <br />boarings requested ty the Council would be an <br />Road Sanitary <br />additional $4,000, with the work to be done by <br />Sewer Repair <br />Twin City Testing. <br />There was discussion among the Council as to how many <br />borings were to be done, and whether it would be just <br />in front of the apartments. <br />Councilmember Quick stated the idea of the soil boarings <br />was for an added margin of safety for when the repairs <br />are made in the future. <br />
