Mr. Keding has been employed by the City since January 29, 2024 (1 year, 5 <br /> months). Attached is Resolution 10110, which authorizes separation compensation to Mr. Keding in <br /> accordance with the City's Personnel Manual and Public Works Collective Bargaining Unit Labor <br /> Agreement. <br /> Discussion <br /> Section 5.03 of the City of Mounds View Personnel Manual states employees leaving in good standing <br /> will receive a lump-sum compensation for all accrued vacation and compensation time. Article 28 of the <br /> Public Works Collective Bargaining Unit Labor Agreement states employees with two (2) or more years <br /> of service will contribute their eligible sick leave hours to the Retirement Health Savings Plan.
