The Council <br /> further passed Resolution 10059 approving the Granite Features for the Park. <br /> Included in the Tribute Park is the installation of exposed aggregate sidewalks, a sidewalk along <br /> the South end of the City Hall parking lot, flag poles and lighting for the trail, features and flag <br /> poles. <br /> Staff applied for a Grant from the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund (ACHF)for <br /> $50,000.00. The City of Mounds View was selected as a recipient of a $10,000.00 ACHF grant, <br /> for celebrating, recognizing, and honoring the sacrifices of those who served in the military. <br /> Strategic Plan Strategy/Goal: Maintain and Plan for Infrastructure Improvements.
