This user-friendly interface enables applicants to complete forms, upload necessary documents, and <br />track submission by understanding each module record’s status in one convenient location. <br />Property Data Management – Details from the Parcel Management feature automatically are presented within the <br />module record. Users are able to update the property detail and push changes back to the associated parcel record. <br />Structure Details – Users can record details related to construction type, square footage, living space, foundation, <br />setbacks and utilities. <br />Contractor Managements – Contacts can be associated with contractor profiles, ensuring automatic tracking of <br />licensure, insurance coverage, and compliance. <br />Digital Certificates – Users can generate digital certificates, which attach to the module record and sync to the <br />associated parcel, building, or suite record for streamlined documentation. <br />Permit Conditions – Allows users to define and manage specific requirements that must be met for a permit to be <br />granted.
