civicplus.com 54 <br />Approaching Your Project Implementation <br />Phase 1: Introduction & Planning <br />Implementation begins with a kickoff call that includes your core project team, system admins, and implementation <br />consultant. We will review your organization’s goals, establish a timeline for launching your SeeClickFix 311 CRM, <br />determine which departments will use the solution, and field any questions you have. Based on the scope of your <br />project, your Implementation Consultant may decide to also complete the Request Admin Training during the kickoff <br />call. <br />After this call, your implementation consultant will develop a final project timeline based on scope, agreed milestones, <br />and key deliverables. <br />Phase 2: Account Configuration <br />If your Request Admin training was not completed during your kickoff call, it will be completed at the beginning of the <br />Account Configuration Phase. <br />You will configure your own account based on your needs and our best practices. Configuration will include setting <br />up members, request types, automatic assignments, and notifications, escalation contacts, timeline response goals, <br />preformatted response messages, custom emails, geographical areas for tracking and reporting, and mobile app <br />buttons that link to webpages, call phone numbers, or display custom content. <br />We will also provide a one-hour Conversations Admin training. You will configure your own Conversations channels, <br />including text, email, and call taker channels, preformatted response messages, assignees and workflows, and DNS <br />records. <br />Optional Integrations: You will provide Integration deliverables and configure your Integration with support from <br />CivicPlus. <br />During the Account Configuration Phase, your Project Team will meet regularly with your Implementation Consultant, <br />who will provide ongoing support. <br />Branding for App <br />The other key aspect of this phase is to identify the visual branding for the mobile app. If you are implementing a <br />Marketplace app, your Implementation Consultant will provide a list of deliverables due during this phase.
