Resolution 10130 Continued <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br /> View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> 1) Staff recommends the Council approve the implementation of the sub advisory <br /> Committee, GOAL Parks, to assist the Parks and Recreation and Forestry <br /> Commission in establishing funding sources for the 2040 Parks Master Plan. <br /> Council further approves that Staff will advertise for Committee members via FB, <br /> website, newsletter and electronic message board. <br /> 2) The committee has (1) representative from each neighborhood located in the <br /> areas of the following parks: <br /> 1) Groveland <br /> 2) Greenfield <br /> 3) Woodcrest <br /> 4) Hillview <br /> 5) Lambert <br /> 6) Silver View <br /> 7) Hodges <br /> 8) City Hall <br /> 9) Oakwood <br /> 10) Ardan <br /> To also include: <br /> • (2) Park and Recreation and Forestry Commission Liaisons - (1) one being <br /> the Chair of the Parks and Recreation and Forestry Commission. <br /> • (1) City Staff— Director of Public Works/Parks and Recreation. <br /> 3) Mayor and City Administrator, Staff and consultants are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to take any and all additional steps and actions necessary or convenient in <br /> order to accomplish the intent of this Resolution. <br /> Adopted this 14th day of July, 2025 <br /> Zach Lindstrom, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Nyle Zikmund, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br /> The Mounds View Vision <br /> A Thriving Desirable Community <br />
