Resolution 10118, Accepting the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund <br /> 7 (ACHF) Grant Monies for the Tribute Park. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 Council Member Gunn thanked the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund for awarding the <br /> 10 City grant funding for the Tribute Park. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Clark. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 10118, <br /> 13 Accepting the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund (ACHF) Grant Monies for the Tribute <br /> 14 Park. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Ayes—5 Nays—0 Motion carried. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> 19 A. Appreciation to Gary Rundle for his service to the City of Mounds View. <br /> 20 1) Resolution 10109,Appreciation for Gary's service on the Mounds View <br /> 21 Planning Commission. <br /> 22 2) Resolution 10115, Honoring Gary Rundle as 2024 Citizen of the Year. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Meehlhause. To Adopt Resolution 10109, Appreciation for Gary's <br /> 25 service on the Mounds View Planning Commission. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Mayor Lindstrom read a Resolution of Appreciation in full for the record honoring Gary Rundle <br /> 28 for his years of dedicated service on the Mounds View Planning Commission. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Council Member Meehlhause thanked Gary Rundle for his years of service to the City noting he <br /> 31 had the privilege of serving with Mr. Rundle on the Planning Commission for four years. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Dennis Farmer, 5117 Irondale, explained he has served on the Planning Commission with Gary <br /> 34 Rundle for the past several years. He stated he greatly appreciated how welcoming and <br /> 35 encouraging Mr. Rundle was to him. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Ayes—5 Nays 0 Motion carried. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Mayor Lindstrom read a Resolution in full for the record honoring Gary Rundle as Citizen of the <br /> 40 Year for 2024. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Gunn.
