The position was posted according to the Personnel <br /> Manual. <br /> Discussion <br /> Liliya Loginova was selected as the best fit for the position. Ms. Loginova has over seven years' work <br /> experience with the City of Anoka's Finance Department and a total of 20 years of accounting experience. <br /> She has a strong desire to work for the City of Mounds View. The City is awaiting clearance of the hiring <br /> assessment, which is scheduled for July 29th. Once clear, Ms. Loginova would begin employment at Step <br /> 1 of the pay scale ($39.08/hour); would be on probation for six (6) months; and advance to Step 2 on her <br /> six-month anniversary, subject to a satisfactory performance evaluation. Ms. Loginova would report <br /> directly to the Finance Director beginning within two weeks after submitting her resignation with her <br /> current employer. The HR Committee supports Ms. Loginova onboarding as a lateral employee based on <br /> her prior city experience.
