Ms. Tholkes has taken on many of the communications handled by the <br />Administration Department, including the Mounds View Matters, cable-casting commission meetings, the <br />City’s Facebook Account, and attending to the City’s website. Additionally, Ms. Tholkes supports the Human <br />Resource Director/City Clerk with staffing, including recruitment and onboarding through technical aspects. <br />Ms. Tholkes is training and on track to achieve her Minnesota Municipal Clerk Certification within the next <br />two years. <br /> <br />Discussion: <br />The duties Ms. Tholkes has taken on have been accumulating over the last two years. The new job <br />description was submitted to DDA Human Resources, Inc. for evaluation and returned to Grade 5.
