Continued partnership with Ramsey County Attorney’s Office with Collaborative <br />Sexual Assault Reform where Chief Zender and DC Hellpap attended a press <br />conference in support of the collaboration. We are beginning cooperation for <br />DNA evidence collection for gun cases as well <br />5. NRO continuing to work on the apartment coalition program <br />6. NRO continuing to work with Northeast Youth and Family Services to provide <br />mental health consulting and community support services <br />7. Officers attended an Active Shooter Training in Mounds View hosted by <br />Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT). <br />8. Officers participated in defensive tactics training, handgun and rifle qualifications <br />training, and Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC) training <br />9. An officer attended a Crime Scene Processing Course and two other officers <br />attended a handgun and rifle armorer course <br />10. Our new SRO attended a basic SRO training course <br />11. An officer attended a high threat Close Quarters Combat (CQC) Instructor <br />Course <br />12. Chief Zender attended the NYFS Annual Luncheon as well as the MN Chiefs of <br />Police Foundation Luncheon <br />13. Participated in the Ramsey County Suburban Law Enforcement Memorial <br />Ceremony in New Brighton <br />14. Chief Zender and DC Hellpap attended an awards ceremony where our VCET <br />Officer was recognized for a 2024 U.S. Attorney’s Office Law Enforcement <br />Award for your exemplary work in a high-profile case. <br />15. Admin Asst. and Evidence Property Tech. attended the Central Square <br />Conference in Orlando Florida. <br />16. Partnered with New Brighton Public Safety for a women’s self-defense class at <br />Irondale High School <br />17. Partnered with New Brighton Public Safety on Memorial Day to participate in a <br />Murph workout at Crossfit North Star in Mounds View. <br />18.
