The <br /> amount is projected to be $37,723 with incentive funding at $14,009. <br /> Discussion: <br /> The attached 2026 SCORE funding grant application describes Mounds View's <br /> recycling program and proposed budget allocation. Please note SCORE funds may <br /> only be used for their allocated purposes (For example, administration funds may not be <br /> used for publicity costs). <br /> In 2026, staff will continue to bring attention to the ongoing composting and recycling <br /> programs in the City of Mounds View.
