RESOLUTION NO. 10163 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2026 SCORE RECYCLING GRANT <br /> REQUEST TO RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County is accepting applications for use of SCORE funds <br /> to improve recycling participation by the public; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is eligible to apply for a grant to provide <br /> administration and promotional activities intended to improve recycling participation <br /> among city residents through education, awareness and incentives; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View has determined that this <br /> is an appropriate use of city resources and that increasing recycling participation <br /> benefits the public health, safety and welfare of the community as a whole. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby approve the attached application for preliminary 2026 SCORE funding in the <br /> amount of $37,723 and authorizes acceptance of any allocated funding. <br /> Adopted this 27t" day of October, 2025 <br /> Zach Lindstrom, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Nyle Zikmund, City Administrator <br /> (SEAL) <br />
