The application submitted by Peter Schmidt/Marawanna for a Microbusiness <br /> License with retail endorsement is hereby approved, subject to compliance with <br /> all applicable state laws, city ordinances, and zoning regulations. <br /> 2. The City recognizes Marawanna as the first qualifying applicant under the <br /> population-based licensing framework and grants priority status accordingly. <br /> 3. City staff are authorized to proceed with any necessary administrative actions to <br /> finalize the registration and licensing process. <br /> 4. Marawanna be open for business within the 18 months of when they received <br /> their license from the State of Minnesota. <br /> 5.
