RESOLUTION 10168 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> AMENDMENT TO AMEND THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP DESIGNATION OF <br /> AT 2716 HILLVIEW ROAD; <br /> MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE CPA2025-0001 <br /> WHEREAS, City of Mounds View Economic Development Authority (the "EDA") own the <br /> residential property at 2716 Hillview Road, Parcel ID 063023430030, zoned R-1 Single Family <br /> Residential; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the EDA previously authorized Sinan Music of SMC Construction, Inc. (the <br /> "applicant") to apply on behalf of the EDA for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to amend the <br /> Future Land Use Map designation of the property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the property is legally described as: <br /> LOT 112, SPRING LAKE PARK HILL VIEW; and <br /> WHEREAS, a Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Rezoning of the property will better <br /> align the property with the City's long-term development goals; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the Comprehensive <br /> Plan Amendment and has considered the code requirements and pertinent issues involved in <br /> the request. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br /> hereby recommends approval of the Comprehensive Plan Amendment to amend the <br /> designation of the property at 2716 Hillview Road in the Future Land Use Map from `Single- <br /> Family Detached Residential' to `Multi-Family Residential', with the following conditions and <br /> findings of fact: <br /> Condition for Approval <br /> 1. The parcel located at 2716 Hillview Road shall be re-designated from Single-Family <br /> Detached Residential to Multi-Family Residential on the City's Future Land Use Map. <br /> 2. Prior to issuing building permits, the applicant shall obtain approval for stormwater <br /> management. <br /> 3. Following City Council approval, the amendment shall be submitted to the <br /> Metropolitan Council for review and final approval. <br />
