There was some visible progress but the <br /> fact remains that a large accumulation of items remain stored outside at your home that remain in violation of <br /> City Nuisance Ordinance. You have been previously notified about this in writing and in personal contacts. As <br /> such, I am referring this to the City Council for consideration of a resolution authorizing the removal of items <br /> outside.
