The Mounds View Vision <br />A Thriving Desirable Community <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10187 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING $8,925 FOR RENTAL ASSISTANCE <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has directed/authorized staff to use Local Assistance <br />Housing Aid (LAHA) for ensuring housing security and staff has processed numerous <br />requests; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council has discussed assistance to challenged individuals and <br />explored numerous opportunities; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after months of efforts a solution has been identified. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mounds View City Council <br />approves $8,925 of LAHA for rental assistance to a Mounds View Apartment which <br />provides 6 months of housing assistance which includes a one-month, refundable security <br />deposit. <br /> <br />Adopted this 9th day of December 2025. <br /> <br /> <br /> _______________________________ <br /> Zach Lindstrom, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> _______________________________ <br />Nyle Zikmund, City Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL)
