<br />WHEREAS pursuant to Any Town Administrative Code
<br />Chapter 66: Property Service Cost Assessments, the
<br />Office of Financial Services Assessment Section has
<br />prepared the attached Report of Completion of
<br />Assessment for Rubbish and Garbage Clean Up on
<br />Private Propperties during the time period of May 12 to
<br />May 28 2025 under Assessment No. 258565 (File No.
<br />J2525Rf; and,
<br />WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services Assessment
<br />Section has prepared for City Council consideration the
<br />attached Assessment Roll listing the benefited property,
<br />the property owner, the service provided and the charges
<br />for the service as reported by the department providing
<br />the service; and hereby submits said Assessment Roll for
<br />City Council consideration to adopt and levy said
<br />and
<br />as an assessment against the benefited property;
<br />WHEREAS, a legislative hearing on said assessment is
<br />scheduled on the 5th day of August 2025 at the hour of

<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 153.032 OF
<br />THE ZONING CODE REGARDING PAINTING AND
<br />EXTERIOR BUILDING MATERIALS
<br />The City Council of the City of Any Town does ordain:
<br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. City of Any. Town Code
<br />Section 153.032(B)(2) is hereby amended.
<br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENT. City of Any Town Code
<br />Section 153.032(G) is hereby amended.
<br />SECTION 3. SUMMARY PUBLICATION.
<br />Pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section 412.191, in the
<br />case of a lengthy ordinance, a summary may be
<br />published. While a copy of the entire ordinance is
<br />available without cost at the office of the City Clerk the
<br />following summary is approved by the City Council and
<br />shall be published in lieu of publishing the entire
<br />ordinance:
<br />This ordinance amends site plan review language in
<br />section 153.032 to allow painting exterior materials of
<br />commercial and industrial buildings constructed prior to
<br />the adoption of Ordinance 00-14, as they pre -date the
<br />current requirements that building materials be
<br />maintenance free and colors be integral to the material
<br />and not applied to the surface.
<br />This ordinance also amends section 153.032 to include,
<br />other similar maintenance -free materials" as allowable
<br />building materials.
<br />SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall be in
<br />full Force and effect from and after its passage and
<br />publication according to law.

<br />480KWH//240KW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS)
<br />that seamlessly integrates with the current rooftop solar
<br />photovoltaic (PV) system and the existing generator on its
<br />Fleet Services Building (the building

<br />Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract.
<br />All bidders and persons or companies providing a
<br />response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the
<br />Ciy of Any Town shall comply with the provisions of the

<br />Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can
