<br />The City Council of the City of Any Town does ordain:

<br />This ordinance amends site plan review language in section
<br />153.032 to allow painting exterior materials of commercial and
<br />industrial buildings constructed pprior to the adoption of
<br />Ordinance 00-14 as they predate the current requirements
<br />that building materials be maintenance free and colors be
<br />integral to tK material and not applied to the surface.
<br />This ordinance also amends section 153.032 to include, "other
<br />similar maintenance -free materials" as allowable building
<br />materials.
<br />gECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall bein full
<br />force and effect from and after its passage and publication
