<br />Plumbing Permit Fees for Non-residential or Multi-Family Structures Regulated under the
<br />Minnesota State Building Code and Minnesota Rules Chapter 1305. The following permit
<br />fee table is based upon the construction valuation of the plumbing system. The cost of
<br />plan review is separate, if applicable.
