2025 SWAT Deployments <br />17 Total Operations (Call outs/search warrants) <br />Inv. Solz worked several State Fair shifts in SWAT capacity working as a Quick <br />Reaction Force (QRF’s). <br />• High risk Search Warrant in Shoreview for two homicide suspects. Worked <br />with Anoka County on investigative aspects due to suspects having ties <br />with Mounds View and New Brighton. <br />• High Risk Search Warrant in New Brighton for shooting suspect. <br />• Manhunt for Vance Boelter. Assisted in clearing farmsteads in Green <br />Isle. Ramsey County SWAT was on the property around the same time <br />Vance was spotted on a trail camera. Ramsey SWAT was in the area and <br />were in the field at the time of his arrest. <br />• Roseville Call out- Shots fired through apartment wall. Male seen fleeing <br />back into apartment and refused to come out. Suspect was located hiding <br />in closet and was arrested. <br />• St Paul Call out- Suspect with weapons warrant refusing to come out of <br />hotel room and breaking windows. Suspect came out once chemical <br />munitions were introduced. <br />• Roseville Warrant- Roseville Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) case <br />where suspect had several firearms and possible explosions. Flew interior <br />drone during operation. <br />• St Anthony Warrant- Minneapolis shooting suspect, suspect surrendered <br />peacefully, and Inv. Solz flew interior drone during operation. <br />• Maplewood Homicide- male shot and killed his ex-girlfriend and shot <br />himself inside of the apartment but was still alive. Flew interior drone <br />during operation and located suspect who was initially thought to be <br />deceased. Later saw suspect moving, and the suspect was later <br />apprehended without incident. <br />Training: <br />• Attended Grey Group 4-day high threat Close Quarters Contact (CQC) <br />Instructor course. <br />• Conducted new Officer Tactical Training 08/25. <br />• Attended 3-day Grey Group Drone class paid for by Ramsey County. <br />• Attended multiple CSC workgroup meetings and Ramsey County Carbine <br />and Investigator Meetings. <br />• Conducted basic hostage rescue principles in 1 hour on duty training for <br />patrol. <br />• Helped organize and run active shooter training for all Ramsey County <br />SRO’s.
