Group home Assault <br />New client to group home generated several police calls over the last month and <br />severely assaulted a staff member. Attended a behavioral meeting with case workers, <br />group home management, probation officer, and other health care providers to come up <br />with a safety plan for client. <br />Extreme Risk Protection Order (ERPO) <br />Male sent to the hospital after a mental health episode. Found out male was still eligible <br />to purchase firearms and had made several past comments about suicide and homicidal <br />statements. ERPO served on male while he was in the hospital. <br />Extreme Risk Protection Order (ERPO) <br />Male making threats to harm himself with a firearm. After follow-up interviews with <br />family and subject, it was determined the male was not suicidal. No ERPO was filed. <br />Extreme Risk Protection Order (ERPO) <br />Used cell phone records to locate a suicidal male who sent a picture of a gun to family. <br />ERPO was served on the male several days later. <br />Fugitive Arrest/check fraud <br />Female was suspected of several check fraud/mail thefts in Mounds View and known to <br />be staying at an address in Mounds View. After several days of surveillance, the female <br />was seen leaving the address and a traffic stop was conducted where she attempted to <br />evade officers but was ultimately arrested on several outstanding warrants. Stolen <br />mail/checks along with stolen ID’s were located inside the vehicle. New charges are <br />pending. <br />Assault <br />Business owner pulled a gun on a customer trying to steal. Business owner assaulted <br />the customer. Conflicting stories from the victim and business owner. Obtained a search <br />warrant for cloud-based camera that were located on the store which showed the <br />business owner as the primary aggressor. Case sent to county attorney for review. <br />Burglary <br />Residential burglary where a firearm and several other items were taken. Suspects <br />identified after being arrested in a Mounds View stolen vehicle which was taken in close <br />proximity to the burglary. Cell phone historical GPS search warrant of suspects pending. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
