However, <br />periodically additions, deletions, adjustments or increases are deemed necessary. <br /> <br />Discussion: <br />The City Council approved Ordinance 1049 approving the City of Mounds View 2026 <br />Fee Schedule on October 27, 2025. However, there has been an amendment request <br />regarding the addition of vacant building registration fees and a modification to the rental <br />dwelling license fees. <br /> <br />The City Council discussed these fees at a previous meeting. <br /> <br />A second reading is scheduled for April 6, 2026. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council open the public hearing for public input and <br />conduct the first reading of Ordinance 1060. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________ <br />Nyle Zikmund <br />City Administrator
