<br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1060 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2026 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />FEE SCHEDULE RELATED TO VACANT BUILDING REGISTRATION <br />FEES AND RENTAL DWELLING LICENSE FEES <br /> <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends 2026 City of <br />Mounds View Fee Schedule, by adding the underlined material and removing the deleted <br />material. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Pursuant to Minnesota Law, the Mounds View City Charter, and Mounds <br />View City Code, an amendment to the 2026 fee schedule for City services and licensing <br />is hereby adopted after making the specified revisions shown below: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 3. In accordance with Section 3.07 of the City Charter, City staff shall have the <br />following summary printed in the official City newspaper in lieu of this entire ordinance, as <br />said summary would clearly inform the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance: <br /> <br />On April 6, 2026, the City Council adopted Ordinance 1060 entitled “An Ordinance <br />Amending the 2026 City of Mounds View Fee Schedule Related to Vacant Building <br />Registration Fees and Rental Dwelling License Fees”. <br /> <br />A printed copy of the complete ordinance is available for inspection by any person during <br />regular office hours at the office of the city administrator. A copy of the ordinance is also <br />available online on the City’s website at www.moundsviewmn.org. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
