• <br /> -3- <br /> • <br /> SERVICE FACILITIES <br /> Because the maintenance of this equipment in good operating condition without protracted <br /> time out for repairs is critical, repair parts and service must be adequate and readily <br /> available. The bidder will certify that they maintain an adequate stock of parts within the <br /> seven county metropolitan area and employs qualified servicemen within the area, <br /> available on short notice. The bidder shall state in his proposal, the location and <br /> telephone number of the service shop and parts depot. <br /> One (1) complete set of parts book, shop repair manuals and assembly line order sheets <br /> are also to be provided by the successful bidder. <br /> TRAINING PERIOD <br /> The vendor agrees to provide a training program for the City of Mounds View employees <br /> in sufficient scope to assure efficient and economical performance and maintenance of the <br /> equipment. In addition, the vendor agrees to furnish a competent operator for the period <br /> of one (1) day for instruction of operators. <br /> The vendor shall provide Buyer with a user's list of current model bid. <br /> WARRANTY <br /> The vendor shall furnish all extended warranties for Buyer's inspections. Warranty <br /> shall take effect on the day of delivery. <br />
