We do not know how amenable St. Paul Waterworks would be toward <br /> having a trail built on their property. <br /> The City's Trailway Plan suggests providing an off-street trail along the County Road I right-of- <br /> way, west of Silver Lake Road, but does not address County Road I east of Silver Lake Road or <br /> the St. Paul Waterworks Right-of-Way. No route is suggested for bringing this trail into the <br /> commercial district where the D.W. Jones property is located. The applicant is proposing a <br /> sidewalk along Silver Lake Road which would connect the County Road I trailway to Highway <br /> 10. <br /> Staff felt it was important to obtain the input from the Parks and Recreation Commission on the <br /> proposed development plan for the D.W.
