RESOLUTION NO. 10250 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVING OPENGOV ASSET MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE <br /> FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> WHEREAS, Public Works has been engaged in software/technology upgrades specific to <br /> Asset Management, and <br /> WHEREAS, OpenGov made a presentation to the City Council,at the March 30,2026,Work <br /> Session, with the consensus from the Council to proceed and work with OpenGov regarding the <br /> costs and implementation; and <br /> WHEREAS, Public Works Staff received a proposal for the Asset Management Software <br /> for 2026 at cost not to exceed $152,169.40, to be funded from the Water, Sanitary Sewer, <br /> Storm Water Enterprise Funds in addition to various general fund budgets. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by <br /> the City Council of the City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> 1) Approves the purchase of OpenGov Asset Management Software from <br /> At a cost not to exceed $152,169.40 for 2026. <br /> 2) The 5-year service agreement for Asset Management Software. <br /> 3) To be funded from the Water, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Water Enterprise Funds in <br /> addition to various general fund budgets. <br /> 4) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute all appropriate documents to effectuate the actions contemplated by this <br /> resolution. <br /> 5) The Mayor and City Administrator, Staff and consultants are hereby <br /> authorized and directed to take any and all additional steps and actions <br /> necessary or convenient in order to accomplish the intent of this Resolution. <br /> Adopted this 27TH day of April, 2026. <br /> Zach Lindstrom, Mayor <br /> ATTEST <br /> Nyle Zikmund, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br /> The Mounds View Vision <br /> -1 Thriving Desirable Cnmmanily <br />
