She thanked Connie, all the seniors, volunteers and the <br /> 3 Public Works staff, for their assistance with this event. <br /> 4 <br /> 5 Council Member Smith reported on Friday, April 10 she attended a Ramsey County League of <br /> 6 Local Government meeting where the group discussed local responses to evictions and rental <br /> 7 assistance. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 Council Member Smith stated on Wednesday, April 15, she would be attending a Metro Cities <br /> 10 meeting. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 Council Member Smith indicated she would be attending an aviation festival meeting at the Anoka <br /> 13 County Airport on Thursday, April 16. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Council Member Smith explained the Festival in the Park Committee would be meeting next on <br /> 16 Tuesday, April 21 at 6:30 p.m. at the Public Works Facility. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Council Member Smith indicated she would be attending a St. Paul Autism Safety Forum on <br /> 19 Tuesday, April 21. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Council Member Clark noted the most recent edition of the Mounds View Matters was sent out <br /> 22 last week. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Council Member Clark stated she attended the Parks, Recreation and Forestry Commission <br /> 25 meeting on Thursday, March 26. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Council Member Clark reported Project Ardan would be participating in the Earth Day cleanup <br /> 28 event on Saturday, April 18 at City Hall from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Council Member Clark explained registrations for youth summer sports was still open online. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Council Member Clark indicated the weekly food distributions were still being held at the <br /> 33 Community Center from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sundays. She stated the City needed volunteers <br /> 34 to assist with these events. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Mayor Lindstrom thanked all the volunteers that helped to make the Easter Egg Hunt possible. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 Mayor Lindstrom reported he would be attending the Community Engagement Committee on <br /> 39 Thursday, April 16 at the Community Center at 6:00 p.m. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Mayor Lindstrom explained he would be attending a meeting with the school district on Monday, <br /> 42 April 20 to discuss potential future rentals at the Community Center. <br /> 43 <br /> 44 Mayor Lindstrom reported the City needed volunteers to assist with the weekly food distributions <br /> 45 noting the City was feeding close to 1,000 people per week. <br /> 46 <br />
