The current contract is with WilKil/Terminix. Over the last several <br /> months Staff has noticed performance issues with the contractor in not affectively eliminating <br /> some pests. <br /> Staff reviewed the State Corporative Venture Program / State Bid to inquires if other <br /> contractors we listed. <br /> Staff received a bid from Gurdian Pest Solutions for the following facilities: <br /> City Hall $779.88 yearly <br /> Community Center $779.80 yearly <br /> Public Works $1,169.76 yearly <br /> Funding is from the following accounts; <br /> Building and Grounds, 100-4360-3030, Community Center 252-4350-5110, Water <br /> Department, 700-4823-3030. <br /> Strategic Plan Strategy/Goal: Maintain City Infrastructure <br /> Financial Impact: No Impact to the 2026 Operating Budget <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Staff recommends the Council approve the attached resolution for a 3 year contract with <br /> Guardian Pest Solutions for pest control services for City Hall, Community Center and <br /> Public Works. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Don Peterson <br /> Director of Public Works/Parks and Recreation <br />
