ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1063 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE CONTINUING A FRANCHISE FEE ON CENTER POINT ENERGY <br /> NATURAL GAS OPERATIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> On April 27, 2026, the Mounds View City Council adopted an ordinance which continues <br /> a 4% franchise fee on Center Point Energy natural gas operations within the City of <br /> Mounds View for the years 2027 thru 2032. The ordinance will sunset on December 31, <br /> 2032. <br /> A copy of Ordinance 1063 is on file and available for public viewing at the office of the <br /> City Administrator.
