RESOLUTION 10241 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING OF A PRELIMINARY PLAT REQUEST TO ADJUST THE <br />LOT LINE BETWEEN 8408 EASTWOOD ROAD (PARCEL ID 063023110005) AND <br />8428 EASTWOOD ROAD (PARCEL ID 063023110008); <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE M12026-0001 <br />WHEREAS, Bradley Jahnke owns 8408 Eastwood Road (Parcel ID 063023110005), and Lazona <br />C Jahnke Trust owns 8428 Eastwood Road (Parcel ID 063023110008), both zoned R-1 (Single Family <br />Residential); and, <br />WHEREAS, Bradley Jahnke has applied to adjust the location of the shared lot line between the <br />two properties; and <br />WHEREAS, the two properties are legally described as: <br />See Exhibit A; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed preliminary and final plat of Jahnke Acres shows the proposed <br />adjustment of the shared lot line between the two properties; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission held a duly noticed public hearing and <br />recommended approval of the proposed preliminary plat; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council hereby approves of <br />the preliminary plat request to adjust the lot line between 8408 Eastwood Road and 8428 Eastwood <br />Road, as shown on the preliminary plat of Jahnke Acres prepared by EG Rud & Sons, Inc. dated <br />3/23/2026, with the following conditions and findings of fact: <br />Conditions for Approval <br />1. The proposed request to adjust the lot line between 8408 Eastwood Road (Parcel ID <br />063023110005) and 8428 Eastwood Road (Parcel ID 063023110008) shall adhere to the <br />preliminary plat of Jahnke Acres prepared by EG Rud & Sons, Inc. dated 3/23/2026. <br />2. The Final Plat of the proposed subdivision Jahnke Acres shall be approved and recorded within <br />one year of approval of the preliminary plat by the City Council. <br />3. The applicant shall acquire all applicable local, County, State, and Federal permits and approvals <br />for their request. <br />4. The applicant shall pay all fees and escrows associated with this request. <br />Findings of Fact for Approval <br />
