Ks1aaLf( <br />The 8408 Eastwood Road (Parcel ID 063023110005) is currently owned by Bradley D Jahnke, <br />and 8428 Eastwood Road (Parcel ID 063023110008) is currently owned by Lazona C Jahnke <br />Trust. <br />2. The applicant, Bradley D Jahnke, proposes to adjust the lot line between the two parcels, as <br />shown on the proposed preliminary plat called Jahnke Acres. <br />3. Based on the Mounds View 2040 Comprehensive Plan, the site is guided as 'Single -Family <br />Detached'. The proposed changes keep the sites residential and would be consistent with the <br />site's designation in the comprehensive plan. <br />4. Both parcels will comply with the R-1 zoning standards post lot line adjustment. <br />5.
