INVESTIGATOR ERICKSON 2026 QUARTER 1 INVESTIGATIVE HIGHLIGHTS <br /> In the 2026 1 st quarter, 23 cases were investigated by Investigator Erickson. Of those <br /> cases, 12 cases were charged out by arrest. 5 cases are still under investigation, and 7 <br /> cases are under review for charges. Among the cases: <br /> • 1 Violation of Order for Protections <br /> • 3 Traffic Related Arrests <br /> • 7 DWI Related Arrests <br /> • 1 Weapon involved case <br /> • 1 Emergency Risk Protection Order Involved case <br /> • 1 recovered Firearm case <br /> • 1 Criminal Damage to Property Case <br /> • 1 Narcotics investigation case <br /> • 1 Fraud/Forgery Investigation <br /> • 2 Criminal Sexual Conduct Investigation <br /> • 2 Assault Cases <br /> • 1 Child Pornography/Internet Crimes Investigations <br /> Hayley Aymar Missing Person Case <br /> On December 29, 2015, the Mounds View Police Department (MVPD) received a <br /> missing person report on Haley Elizabeth Aymar. She was last seen by a friend in <br /> downtown Minneapolis on December 3, 2015, which was also the date of her last social <br /> media update. <br /> In the past 10 years, MVPD and investigators have thoroughly investigated the case, <br /> following up on numerous leads and tips related to the investigation of her <br /> disappearance. <br /> On March 1, 2025, a human skull was found in the Lake Jones area of New Brighton. <br /> The New Brighton Department of Public Safety (NBDPS) conducted a three-day search <br /> of the heavily wooded and wetland area for further evidence. Several other bones were <br /> found in the marsh area but determined not to be human bones. The skull was sent to <br /> the Hennepin County Medical Examiner and determined to be a human skull of an <br /> unknown female. <br />
