To Approve the Consent Agenda as presented. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Ayes—5 Nays—0 Motion carried. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> 37 A. LB Carlson 2025 Audit Presentation—Aaron Nielsen, Principal. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Aaron Nielsen, Principal with LB Carlson, presented the 2025 audit to the City Council. He <br /> 40 provided further comment on the financial statement, special purpose report and management <br /> 41 report. He explained the City was meeting its fund balance policy even with the rise in costs over <br /> 42 the past year. He commented further on the summary changes in net position within the enterprise <br /> 43 funds and commended the City for receiving a clean or unmodified opinion for the 2025 audit. <br /> 44 <br /> 45 Mayor Lindstrom thanked Mr. Nielsen for his detailed presentation on the 2025 audit. <br /> 46 <br />
