The Mounds View Vision <br />A Thriving Desirable Community <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO 10261 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING THE HIRE OF JESSICA HILMANOWSKI TO THE POSITION OF <br />CITY HALL RECEPTIONIST <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council authorized a recruitment process for the position City Hall <br />Receptionist; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the top candidate in the interview process was Jessica Hilmanowski; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jessica Hilmanowski successfully passed the interview process, background <br />investigation, and hiring assessment; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff and the HR Committee support the hire of Jessica Hilmanowski to the position of <br />City Hall Receptionist; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff requests to begin employment of Jessica Hilmanowski at Grade 3, Step 1 of the <br />2026 pay plan effective June 22, 2026; and <br /> <br />2026 - Grade 3 <br /> 4% 3.75% 3.75% 3.75% 3.5% 3.25% 3% 2.75% <br />Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Step 4 Step 5 Step 6 Step 7 Step 8 Step 9 <br />$24.79 $25.78 $26.75 $27.75 $28.79 $29.80 $30.77 $31.69 $32.57 <br /> and; <br /> WHEREAS, the City Hall Receptionist position will work 20 – 29 hours per week, and accrue <br />vacation, sick leave, and holiday pay. Receiving Minnesota Paid Leave (MNPL) as the only insurance <br />benefit and having Public Employee Retirement Association (PERA) deductions. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota does hereby approve the hire of Jessica Hilmanowski to the Position of City Hall Receptionist. <br /> <br />Adopted this 8th day of June, 2026. <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Zach Lindstrom, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Nyle Zikmund, City Administrator <br />
