To Approve the Consent Agenda as amended removing <br />Items 5A, 5C, 5D and 5F. <br /> <br />Mayor Lindstrom welcomed Terran Pantelis to the Mounds View Police Department. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />A. Approval of Minutes: May 26, 2026. <br /> <br />Council Member Clark requested a change to the minutes on Page 4, Line 12, noting her comment <br />should read: survey timing and if the City could wait on the survey agreement until after receiving <br />the results. <br /> <br />Council Member Clark requested a change to the minutes on Page 5, Line 14 noting this statement <br />should be amended to read Council Member Clark explained. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Clark/Smith. To Approve the Minutes from May 26, 2026 as amended. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />C. Resolution 10264, Approving Status Change of Full Time to Part Time for Gayle <br />Bauman. <br /> <br />Council Member Smith offered her heartfelt thanks for serving as the City’s Finance Director, <br />noting she would be dearly missed. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Smith/Clark. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 10264, <br />Approving Status Change of Full Time to Part Time for Gayle Bauman. <br /> <br />Mayor Lindstrom thanked Finance Director Bauman for her dedicated service to the City of <br />Mounds View and wished her all the best in her retirement. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />D. Resolution 10258, Authorizing Separation Compensation for Police Officer Riley <br />Solz. <br /> <br />Council Member Gunn thanked Officer Solz for his 11 years of dedicated service to the Mounds <br />View Police Department.
