I.e.: <br /> <br />1. Relationship with the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />The Comprehensive Plan encourages the development and maintenance of residential areas <br />so as to improve the quality, appearance and attractiveness of housing units and residential <br />property in general. The Comprehensive Plan designates this property, 7150 Knollwood <br />Drive, low-density residential. This proposal does not conflict with the Comprehensive <br />Plan. <br />
